The Time Zone (Seasonal Variation) Act sets Bermuda's clock changes. Summer time starts at two in the morning on the second Sunday in March. It ends at two in the morning on the first Sunday in November. The Act names the two times Bermuda standard time and Bermuda summer time.

Summer time came in both world wars and some post-war summers. The House of Assembly turned it down in several other years. Bermuda has kept it every year since the mid-seventies.
