Arizona

MSTall year, no clock changes

Most of Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time, MST, UTC-7, all year. So in summer it keeps the same time as Los Angeles. The Navajo Nation, in the northeast of the state, changes its clocks with the rest of the Mountain zone.

Hawaii

Hawaii stays on Hawaii Standard Time, HST, UTC-10, all year.

The Aleutian Islands

2clock changes a year, unlike Hawaii

Adak and the western Aleutian Islands use Hawaii-Aleutian time. Unlike Hawaii, they change their clocks. They keep HST, UTC-10 in winter and HDT, UTC-9 in summer.

Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands keep Atlantic Standard Time, AST, UTC-4. Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands keep Chamorro Standard Time, ChST, UTC+10. American Samoa keeps Samoa Standard Time, SST, UTC-11. None of them change their clocks.
