Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Dnipro all read Kyiv time. The time zone database lists Crimea as a separate zone, named for Simferopol. It records Moscow time there, with no clock changes. The database states that its table takes no position on territorial claims.

How Ukraine sets its clocks

The same resolution adds an hour each spring and takes it away each autumn. It puts both changes on a final Sunday, in March and in October. When do the clocks change in Ukraine?

Ukrainian clocks move forward one hour on the last Sunday in March. They move back one hour on the last Sunday in October. The Ministry of Economy has issued notices ahead of past changes. What is the time difference between Ukraine and the UK?

London is 2 hours behind Kyiv. The UK shifts its clocks in the same instant as Ukraine, so the gap does not move. Dublin and Lisbon read the same as London all year. When it is midday in Kyiv, London is still in its morning.

No. Warsaw is 1 hour behind Kyiv all year. Poland keeps Central European Time, while Ukraine keeps Eastern European Time. Poland changes its clocks together with Ukraine, so the gap holds through summer. Hungary and Slovakia keep Poland's time as well.
